NYC taxis may get digital cameras to deter and detect accidents

They have cameras on traffic lights don't they?

The Insurance Journal and New York Daily News Reports that New York City plans a pilot program to install digital cameras on the outside of cabs in an effort to detect reckless driving and deter auto accidents. Read more
