My Thoughts on New York Senate Bill Making DWI With Kids in Car a Felony

This week we New Yorkers learned that New York State Senator Charles Fuschillo (R - L.I.) has introduced legislation that would make it a felony to drive drunk with children in the car.  This legislation comes on the heels of the recent tragedy of the Taconic crash which left two families in shambles last month.Read more

Nassau County Red Light Cameras

Nassau County has installed 54 red light cameras at various intersections.  Below is a list of the locations. If you violate a red light at one of these intersections, a ticket will be issued to you and sent to you in the mail.  This ticket carries no points and will not any impact on your auto insurance.  It is more akin to a parking ticket than a moving violation.Read more
